How much does shipping cost?

We know how frustrating it is to get to checkout and suddenly see an extra $10 for shipping, so we’ve made it completely free for orders over $75 AUD with express overnight delivery.

Can I make a change to my order?

We’re happy to help with changes or cancellations as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Just flick us an email to check, and we’ll let you know right away if it’s still possible to update it before it’s on the courier.

How long is shipping?

  • Express AU - 3-6 Business Days 
  • You will receive a tracking number when your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse

How can I get an invoice?

Once your order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation email with your invoice attached. (Sometimes they can show up in spam folders so be sure to check this too.)
